We will access databases not available to the public. We will also, we find people the old-fashioned way. We knock on doors and talk to friends and neighbors. We will search for the debtor(s) until we find them.
LOCATING THE ASSETS
We will search bank accounts and place of employment, personal and real property records that may be valuable enough to seize and sell to satisfy the debt.
LEGAL DOCUMENT PREPARATION
We will prepare court documents necessary to enforce your judgment. We will also seek remedy from the Sheriff and process server for bank levies and wage garnishments.
SEIZING THE ASSETS
We will have the ability to force the debtor to appear in court and answer questions, under oath, regarding his or her assets. Once the assets are identified, we can move the court to seize those assets and force their sale to satisfy the judgment
